  Really wonderful experience every time. As a guy who's new to Yoga, this is the perfect blend of support for the beginner and challenges for the high achievers. Always a good workout for both mind, body, and soul.
  I have come to know several of the instructors, and they are all skilled, friendly and and professional.
  The studio is a like a hidden jewel right in the middle of downtown Sausalito.
  Highly recommended! Bring your non - yoga friends or partner to a level l class they will be hooked.
  
  Hint: best parking is one block away behind Taste of Rome or Seafood Peddler restaurants, cheap and always have room.
